JanPilot is made for commercial cleaning companies and franchises. Your cleaners use the phone app. You run the business from your desk.
Inside the building's geofence
Cleaners clock in on their phone, and only when they are at the building.
Each job has a checklist. Cleaners snap a photo to prove the work is done.
Check the work, score it, and send fixes to the right person.
Build shifts, fill open spots, and see who is working tonight.
Your customers sign in to see their buildings, send requests and talk to you.
Hours flow into pay runs, so payday takes minutes, not hours.
Plus an AI assistant that helps you find answers and get work done.
We're opening spots a few companies at a time.
